With more than 10 years experience as software developer and manager Mihai was involved in many leading edge projects working for companies like Nortel Networks, Sun Microsystems.

Mihai led pioneering software initiatives in video processing technologies and video encoding development whilst working for Aspex Semiconductor and now as a founder and CEO of Semaca, Mihai is applying that pedigree and experience management, product marketing and business development to drive Semaca's market success and growth.

John is an accomplished senior executive and entrepreneur who creates value from innovative disruptive technologies spanning a 25-year career. From 1994 to 2003, John worked at Sarnoff Corp., the former RCA Laboratories, on several major next generation video instruments for Sarnoff’s clients.  John also played a key role in creating and spinning out five new technology ventures based on Sarnoff’s innovative technologies. Since 2003, John has been consulting with early-stage technology-based ventures.

Stephen trained in the early eighties as an accountant with Eacotts a progressive and well-established firm of chartered accountants, tax advisers and business consultants.

Having completed his practice articles like many other accountants before him Stephen quickly moved over into industry, where he rose rapidly to finance director in his first appointment at Kellchest Ltd a specialist firm of cryogenic engineers to the food industry.

In 2001 Stephen joined Judd Farris Ltd a London based start up recruitment company in the property sector where his financial control and commercial skills were utilised skilfully to aid the company’s meteoric growth and its expansion into Asia and the  Pacific Rim culminating in its successful multi million dollar acquisition by the NYSE Fortune 1000 MPS Group

Stephen joined Semaca in 2007 as chief financial officer where his responsibilities include global roll out strategy and investor relations.
