I420 to YV12 Converter

I420toYV12.exe is a small program that swaps the U and V planes in a raw YUV file (YV12 or I420), thus converting between YV12 and I420 and viceversa.

Usage: I420toYV12.exe [original_file] [width] [height] [frames] [target_file].
